Grady Babies

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Thank God these two very different, yet very similar, rappers from Atlanta can co-exist within the city limits. These two, in my opinion, have the ability to completely corner the market in Atlanta – occupying two very different lanes. What excites me about both of them, however, is the reality associated with their music – not to mention, they are the first I’ve seen in a long time represent Atlanta properly. Real Grady babies – a testament to Atlanta, the REAL Atlanta.

TheEducatedVillains.com supports both of these gentlemen. Pill’s “4075: The Refill” with DJ Skee and The Empire is now available for free download on his website. Alley Boy’s “Definition of Fuck Shit” with DJ Holiday and The Empire is also available for free download.

Alley Boy – “Throw It Up” [Video]

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

The Educated Villains salute Alley Boy and Duct Tape for the release of their newest video, “Throw It Up.” Atlanta seems to be developing a gang problem in a city where gangs have never firmly taken root. This expose´, disguised as a music video, is a poignant piece of street reporting documenting the growing influence of gang culture in our city. For better or for worse, this is our reality.

Duct Tape and Alley Boy are not affiliated with any particular gang – they represent gangsterism in a holistic sense. Duct Tape Da Mobb!! Modern day pirates. Street reporting at its finest. We support you.

“Definition of Fuck Shit” with The Empire and DJ Holiday coming soon.
